Words of Wisdom

"No crash. Careful mom."

These are the words my 2 year old said to me as I was heading out for the evening.

Cars

I was working out in the basement, Ayden must have decided he was a little bored and headed upstairs. When I came upstairs, Ayden pulled me over to the highchair. "Mom, Cars honkey."

This is what I found:Lightning McQueen is and always will be just "Cars." Ayden knows the names of all of the other characters but when we try to tell him that this is Lightning-it goes in one ear and out the other.

But apparently Lightning got a little hungry (or honkey in Ayden's words), so Ayden poured him some cereal and put him on the highchair tray to enjoy. Crazy boy!

One for the Little One

Here are some pics of Colby's recent doings. He is a happy little guy-all you have to do is look at him and he will give you a great smile.

He is very loved by his older brother. I will often find dried boogers and whatever Ayden ate for lunch that day on Colby's head. Ayden can get a little carried away with the kisses sometimes!

The little monkey started rice cereal recently. He is not so much a fan and probably the messiest eater ever! I will find cereal 5 feet from where I was feeding him.

Colby is sitting in his bumbo chair while Ayden and I were eating lunch. Poor little guy was exhausted and fell asleep right there in the chair.
