What a pain in the ear!

So after almost 3 months straight on 5 different antibiotics this summer, Colby got ear tubes. We had it done at the new Primary Children's Riverton location. Smooth at butter! I think Colby actually enjoyed himself quite a bit! Little turkey has already had another ear infection since the procedure, but we are crossing our fingers that we are in the clear (for a while anyway!)

Numero 3!

Ayden turned three this year and told Kipp that he really wanted a Cars party and cake. He was so darn excited when his cake was finished. We had a little party at Jungle Jims Playground-which he loved. Ayden woke up to balloons outside his room. He was a little confused by it at first until we started singing to him. He of course loved opening his presents

We love this little man so much. I can't believe how much he has grown and learned over the last year! He says the craziest things that keep us constantly on our toes! Happy Birthday bud!

Oh Boy, I've got Joy!

We are doing Joy School with Ayden this year. Here is the munchkin posing, sporting his backpack-which he calls his "back-a-pack." He is loving school, and the things that they do are quite darling. The days that we have it at our house are a little crazy, but in return I get 5 weeks of sending Ayden off to others' homes for a couple of hours twice a week. I will take it! His darling classmates and buddies!

Bend it like Ayden?

We signed Ayden up for soccer this fall. He did great the very first practice. After that he decided that he didn't want to be a part of it. He would tell us on the car ride to a game that he was "sicky" and couldn't play. We had a difficult time getting him onto the field-once I lured him onto the field with a ding dong. He quickly ran off when he realized that I wasn't going to give it to him. He tipped the goal over on himself, getting his head stuck in the net in the process. I think we will be waiting a little longer to sign this boy up for organized sports!

do you have your tickets...

to the gun show? When we ask Colby to show us his mucles, he flexes and then shakes. He cracks us up!

O-R-E-O

Puerto Vallarta

We were able to take a wonderful vacation this summer. No kids. Bliss! We had such a great time. We stayed at an all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was gorgeous! The fam This ended up being one of our favorite pictures (even though the quality is horrible). This was our first day here eating lunch. I was taking a picture of Kipp and at the last second, I told our server to get in the picture. Kipp made a totally awkward face-got to love Kipp. All the Pina Coladas we could drink. Virgin of course!
I love my parents!
Eating again! They had several different restaurants at the resort. It was fun trying out a new place each night.
One morning we went on an ATV tour. One of the tour guides was splashing everyone with mud (it had poured rain the night before our ride) he kept acting like he didn't understand English, at the end of the tour he was speaking English perfectly-little crapper! We were filthy!
The sistas'
This was taken at a place called El Eden were the Predator was filmed. We were supposed to be able to swim in the river and go down some natural rock slides in the waterfall, however after renting jeeps and a 2 hour long ride we got up there to find that they water was too rapid that day to get in. It was gorgeous though!
After leaving El Eden we drove to a little surf town. The boys got some boards and tried to hang ten.
We had so much fun thanks to wonderful family and friends that helped us out with our munchkins. We should take vacations more often!
