3 Musketeers

These three are little pals and they crack me up! Every time they get together at our house-out comes Ayden's super hero gear. There are 3 parts to the darling costume (that my darling sister-in-law made) so they each get one part, then they rotate them. They then ask for the "Buzz song" which is the music at the beginning of Toy Story 2 where Buzz is flying through space (I purchased it on iTunes because it was a frequent request from Ayden for me to "sing." It is difficult to "sing" instrumental "songs.") They run around the house like super heroes. These kids are quite cute together.

Dear Summer,

now that you have seemed to finally arrive, you make my heart happy! my niece elliemy nephew zack

My Little Cowboy

I always told my Uncle Val from Fillmore that I wanted him to hook me up with a cowboy to marry. Well those of you who know Kipp, know that I didn't get my cowboy. Maybe I can raise one for a lucky girl to marry!
These pictures were taken on two different occasions (although he is wearing the same outfit), one at Thanksgiving farm, and the other at my niece's darling birthday party. Ayden loved every second of riding. He kept shouting, "Yee-haw Bullseye!"

Robot Dance

I have been meaning to post this, but hesitated because I hate the sound of my voice on video. Ayden loves to dance with me in the kitchen, so one afternoon I decided that I would try to get him to do specific moves instead of just running around. The result is the "Robot Dance." He loves it and always asks to do it. I realize I probably could have chosen a better song for a toddler to dance to than "Your Love is My Drug" oh well!

Poser

I promise he came up with this one all on his own. Kipp wasn't too excited about it. Pretty sure he told me not to put this picture on the blog.

Around Here

I sure do love all my boys! We had a great Mother's Day this last weekend thanks to the fam!
Here are a few things that we have been up to recently.
One of my favorite things to do is cuddle in my bed with my boys. On this day they were hanging out in their diapers. I especially love this one of Colby because it shows off his moobs and rolls.Another one of my favorites-got to show off his fat thighs. Kipp gives me a really hard time for slapping baby legs on my boy-but I can't resist!Colby is just starting to sit up. He occasionally takes a fall to the side or ends up looking like he is doing baby yoga-and this boy is not flexible! Also, drool, drool, and more drool! His shirts are always sopping wet!Do not be deceived by this smile. This little guy still hates time on his tummy. Not rolling over yet at almost 7 months. I blame it on his chub.
Now for this little man. He is cracking me up with the things that he is saying these days! If only I could write out the words that he says so you could see his pronunciation of some words. And the noise he makes for a horse-he is nuts! One of the cutest things to me is that he calls strawberries strawbabies (an easy one to show you). Here he is playing around in the bumbo chair.
This is the look he gives me every morning when I do his hair. I always ask him to look at my nose so I can see what I am doing and he says "eww" and makes this face. I know I don't look that great in the morning, but come on! Do I have boogers? What's the dealAnd the greatest thing recently-we got a fence! This means that I can now let Ayden run around in the backyard without worrying that he is going to run up into the front yard. That is the best part for me. The best part for Ayden-watching the "digger truck" for a good part of the afternoon from the window. Hello? I don't think anything has ever kept his attention that long! I think that is what I will ask for for my next mother's day! That day, it made being a mom really easy!

The Magical Land of Disney

We recently returned from a short little trip to Disneyland. We had a great time with great company! It was so fun to watch Ayden get so excited about so many different things, and Colby was a dream! Not to mention the weather! When can we go back? Some of our darling friends did a bonfire for us at a fabulous beach one evening. We had such a great time! Again, when can we go back? Better yet move there?
The kids started the evening out by throwing sand into the water and then running from the tide. This throw cracked me up-a little prissy!
We roasted some hot dogs and then had smores for dessert. Delicious! Then kids ended the night by deadman falling into the sand over and over! They were making me laugh so hard. Ayden was covered in sand! He crashed in the car on the way to the hotel, he didn't even wake up until he was a few minutes into his shower! Thanks guys! We had a great time!

Got a few pics with some characters. This time at Disneyland, Ayden was no longer nervous around the characters. He was all about giving them hugs. He often wasn't excited for his turn to see them come to an end. This picture was taken as we were sitting and waiting for the Pixar parade to start. Ayden decided that he was Buzz. He was showing me his muscles. He then proceeded to go around and shake our hands and introduce himself as Buzz! Crazy boy! These boys adore each other! They had so much fun! Can you tell? (At least you can tell that Boston was enjoying himself here! I think Ayden was getting a little dizzy!) We played hard on this trip! We went all day, everyday! Needless to say, we were exhausted by the end
